Jim "Frank" Franklin passed away in August 2010.
 
For many years, after a long career in the U.S. Air Force, Jim was
an integral part of Flotilla 10-1 and U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary
activity. Patrolling, teaching, managing; Jim was a full-time volunteer
and a darn good friend. His wonderful wife, Lou, is also a very dedicated
auxiliarist. She and Jim were married for 48 years.
 
We are extremely grateful for the Franklin's dedication to service and
enthusiasm, and extend our deepest sympathy and support to Lou
and the family. Jim will be laid to rest at Arlington in January 2011.
