Take the 405 (San Diego Freeway) south to the 55 (Costa Mesa Freeway) to Newport Beach. The 55 Freeway ends onto Newport Blvd. Exit Newport Blvd onto Pacific Coast Highway (Route 1) south. The exit is on the right side. The Boy Scout Sea Base is located appoximately 1.5 mile south on Route 1 from Newport Blvd on the right hand side.
