In 2001 The Lodge voted to adopt a new set of by-laws to be governed by. Previously, from the inception of the Lodge, it was governed under the by-laws of the Grand Lodge of Illinois. The Present by-laws were amended once in Jan. 2003. The Lodge By-Laws are annually reviewed by the Grand Lodge of Illinois to insure that they are consistent with the State and National Grand Lodge by-laws.
