Lord, bless in a special way any unwed mother who did make the right decision and is now trying to care for her child under difficult circumstances. Let goodness and kindness follow her all the days of her life. Bless too any other single mother, be her a widow or a divorced woman with children. Her path is not easy and she needs your help constantly. We pray this in Jesus name, amen.

Women Who Have Had Abortions

Heavenly Father, your daughter comes before you deeply wounded.  We ask you to heal her and show your eternal mercy to her.  We ask for your forgiveness Father.  Help her to know that in your Son Jesus Christ, nothing is lost.  Help her to know that she can have a relationship with Jesus and her child in Heaven, and that her innocent child is with you praying for her healing and forgiveness.  Help her to know how much her child still loves her, and forgives her.  Send her your Holy Spirit to protect her from temptation Lord.  Heal her from her emotional and physical scars, and her wounded spirit Lord.  Bring her to you Lord, the only one who can provide us with lasting peace.  Let her know how much you love her Lord, and that with you, she is never alone.  We thank you Lord for your daughter, and for your loving care for her.  We pray this in Jesus name.  Amen.

Fathers

Dear Lord, remind fathers of their responsibilities toward mothers and their unborn children. Show them how precious a blessing children are. We pray this in Jesus name, amen.

Babies

Lord, protect all babies, the unborn and the born. Protect them at every stage of development, from conception to infancy. You have said, dear Lord, that even if a woman forgets the infant of her womb, "I will never forget you…Upon the palms of my hands I have written your name."

Christ warned, "See that you do not despise one of these little ones," whose "angels in heaven always look upon the face of my heavenly Father", adding, "It is not the will of your heavenly Father that one of these little ones be lost." Keep them, O Lord, "as the apple of your eye; hide them in the shadow of your wings." We pray this in Jesus name, amen.

Surviving Children

Jesus, bless all surviving children who have lost brothers and sisters to abortion.  Heal them in their grief, and break the dark secrecy that plagues them and their parents.  Bring them to your merciful heart, we pray this in Jesus name,   Amen

Abortionists

Dear Lord, we pray that you continue to implore abortionists in their ears and in their hearts, to quickly make an about-face and turn from their gruesome work. "Open their eyes that they may turn from darkness to light." Show them the true choice between your infinite forgiveness and the eternal imprisonment that is offered by evil. Women Belonging to "Pro-Choice" Organizations

Lord, guide women in these groups towards the truth of what abortion is. Let them be no longer deceived by the rhetoric of choice, and help them understand what the choice of abortion does to women and their unborn babies. We pray this in Jesus name, amen.

All Pro-life People

Help all pro-life people to realize that we, as pro-life people, share humanity with pro-abortion people, and that we need to be compassionate in our calling as pro-lifers. Give us the strength to be firm in our stances, while at the same time walk humbly with You. Remind all people that responding to the violence of abortion with other acts of violence is unacceptable and sinful. Remind us that prayer and repentance from our own sins is our greatest weapon against the evil of abortion. Bless us in our efforts to serve You Lord. Continue to send your Mother and ours, Mary, to protect us in the safety of her mantel. Fill us with your Holy Spirit so that we have the compassion and the words to change minds, hearts, and souls. Disabled and Diseased Children, and Children With Birth Defects

Lord, You know that unborn children with diseases or disabilities, be it mental or physical disabilities, have always been a target of the abortion industry. Protect these most vulnerable children by whispering in the ears and hearts of their parents. Strengthen parents against the twisted logic that will be presented to them to encourage them to kill their child through abortion. Help them to see that while raising a special child can be difficult, it can also be a great joy. Show them that they will be rewarded in Heaven for their perseverance. Give them the grace to get through the hard days, and increase their joy on the good days. Love them all Lord, parents and child. We pray this in the name of Jesus, amen.

Childless Couples

Gracious Lord, we ask your richest blessings upon married couples who hold in their hearts the powerful desire to bring a child into this world. Children are among your greatest gifts. For those who hope for this gift, we offer this heartfelt prayer. God, hold each of them and love them. If it is your will, grant them the gift of children. For all those who may not be able to receive this blessing, we ask you to consider blessing them as spiritual parents of unwanted, unloved children. For all, we ask for peace in our hearts. Parents Who Had Miscarriages, Stillbirths, or Children Die in Infancy

Our Heavenly Father, we call upon you. You are our hope. You have the words of eternal life. We have lost our baby, our little one, who we loved so dearly and lost so quickly. We know that you welcome into your kingdom with loving arms all the innocent little ones, pouring out your love and sanctification upon them. Ask your mother to hold our baby in her arms for us until it is our appointed time.

Our grief is enormous Lord. Help us to find healing among those who care for us and for whom we care. We are so saddened Lord and we also are angry. Help us to walk through these natural emotions of loss and emerge with hope, keeping our eyes on your holy face. Help us to embrace each other each new day with your love, the love of your Holy Spirit that sustains us. We pray this in Jesus name, amen.

Doctors and Nurses

Dear Lord, strengthen the will and moral courage of doctors and nurses who refuse to perform or assist in the performance of abortions. Keep them from discouragement and from the temptation to profit from abortion. Stand beside them, dear Lord, when the pressure on them to perform abortions becomes great, and suggest to their minds and hearts the words, "I have the strength for everything through him who empowers me." We pray this in the name of Jesus, amen.

Leaders and Legislators

Our Heavenly Father, guide our leaders and legislators along the path of truth. Show those who gain their seat of power through the blood money of abortion funds the most serious error of their ways.
