What is WildCare
* Dedicated to rehabilitating sick, injured, or orphaned wild animals, the WildCare Foundation was founded by Rondi Large in 1982 and has been State and Federally licensed since 1994. Caring for over 2,000 animals annually, the WildCare Foundation has attended to over 9,000 wild animals since 1993.
* WildCare is first and foremost an animal hospital and health
care facility for all wild animals native to North America. WildCare
does not take in or treat exotics or domestic animals of any kind.
Our goal is to return as many animals as possible back into the wild.
Facilities
* WildCare is currently raising money to build a new nursery, a critical care unit and a veterinary clinic. (Please view the Wish List)

Services
* WildCare offers individuals a place to take injured or orphaned wildlife. Each person will have an opportunity discuss the circumstances of the animal and its condition. The animal will then be properly identified and any species information known will be shared with that person. A discussion of what is wrong with that animal and the stages of recovery will be explored.
* WildCare maintains a phone line around the clock to answer questions about any wildlife situation with which the caller may be concerned. If we are unable to help we will refer the caller to another organization that can.
* WildCare also provides educational seminars. Reservations are required and donations are always appreciated in return for educational programming. Presentations to schools and civic groups interested in learning more about wildlife rehabilitation and its impact are free. Educational seminars can include slide shows and or narration and lecture by Rondi Large, founder of WildCare. Live animal presentations will depend on the time of year, location, and facilities.
